Suddenly, at boot, I get this message:

[sda] No caching mode page found
[sda] Assuming drive cache: write through

Then the MSXVR starts up regularly....

do I need to worry?

Did you boot with an USB Pendrive inserted?

Yes, i've changed the pen drive after the problem described in "USB Stick problem" topic

Ok .. no worries about this issue. Some pendrives show this text messages on the screen when the system boots.
